Aidan's career with VRM Biologik began at a young age at the company's original factory. Aidan is now actively expanding the license family and implementing on-the-ground procedures making a global difference.
What drives him:
Aidan is determined to stay true to his visions of extending & diversifying the horizons of VRM Biologik & leave a lasting legacy encompassing the past & present while focusing on the many healthy generations to come.
Rowell Soon, 36, is the Chief Sustainability Officer of VRM Biologik Group, Chief Technical Officer of VRM Quantum Ecology Technology Co., Ltd (People’s Republic of China), and Director of VRM Biologik Pte Ltd (Singapore),
His journey with VRM Biologik began in 2013 in Asia as a technical trainee, accumulating ground level implementation and technical experience across all product verticals over the years. He was eventually responsible for the first-time implementation of Groundswell® and Bio-Regen® programs in 11 countries and helped develop the Animal Husbandry (Poultry) , Aquaculture (Shrimp), Disease Management (COVID-19 and Avian Influenza), Carbon Sequestration and mapping programs (Terraform) as part of the Group’s R&D efforts. He is involved in several classified new technology development programs.
What drives him:
Notably, Rowell led the formation of VRM Quantum Ecology Tech Co., (China). He was instrumental to the successful international commercialisation phase of the Company and is actively involved in the ongoing formation of similar regional level manufacturing entities in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Africa and the GCC region. He is a “Category A Foreign Expert” awarded by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

Karl is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VRM Biologik Group.
He leads the team with a clear mission: scale regenerative biological solutions that restore vitality to our water, soil, and communities. As CEO, he steers global strategy across our 10 operating markets while ensuring we deliver tangible impact for our clients, distributors, and partners.

CGO
Nino is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of VRM Biologik Group.
Nino Atanasov is an agronomy expert with experience spanning of more than 25 years in which he is successfully is helping farmers and agriculture companies achieving their sustainable business goals. He was born in Northern Macedonia where he finished his Hon. Science Degree in Agriculture.
What drives him:
Nino's passion to feed the world sustainably has continued in Australia since 1990.
COO
Since 2017, Gil has coordinated operations, manufacturing and logistics for the VRM Biologik® Group.
Traversing the Group's facilities in the United States, Australia and China, his attention to detail ensures that quality management approaches are consistently applied.
CFO
Victor has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate strategy, and M&A spanning across Australia, Asia and the UK.
Victor has worked for mid tier to Big 4 accounting firms as well as ASX top 25 companies.
Chairman / Founder
Ken is the Founder and Chairman of the VRM Biologik® Group.
A defining element of Ken’s work to date is the development and deployment of mechanisms that stimulate at scale natural biological water manufacture (hydrosynthesis) in dry soil.
What drives him:
Ken’s ultimate objective is to provide a mechanism by which farmers and our soil are truly embraced as central elements in human survival.
